How does it work?
You pay a $35 submission fee for the direct and private services of one of our
Industry Review Board members who
will listen to your song in its entirety and write an
honest and constructive review. This music industry professional will advise you on your strengths and weaknesses, and make suggestions about what direction you
may want to take to improve your craft. You can get a more tailored review by asking the reviewer to focus on particular elements of your music.

Your song will usually be reviewed in 1-3 weeks and only you will be able to access that review (but feel free to quote it anywhere to promote your
music.) Once your song has been reviewed and scored, it will be
automatically considered for entry into our contests.
If the average review score of your song is 7 or higher (in a scale of 1 to 10),
you will receive a $10 credit to your SizzleFizzle.com account, so that you can
enter a contest in the genre of your music.
If your song review receives an average
score of 5 or higher,
the song and its review will also be added to the catalogue of
www.FirstBuzz.com, our
Virtual A&R service for the music Industry, where Industry A&R scouts
are always looking for great songs and talented Artists. FirstBuzz.com
industry subscribers have access to your contact information and you
might get a call from them if they like your music!
You keep all the rights to your song (see
Copyright FAQ). If you get a deal through your exposure at
MakeaStar.com, it is entirely up to you whether to accept or reject it.
And if the deal goes through, you owe us nothing, now or
ever!
How do I submit a song?
Only registered members of MakeaStar.com can submit
songs. Registration is fast and
Free. Once you become a
registered member, you can submit a song by clicking on the "Submit
Song" button found on the left side of all our pages. You will be asked to
read and agree to our standard Submission Policy and to pay for the review using
Paypal or our secure credit card
e-commerce server.
